11.1 Managing Multiple Locations

Centralized Multi-Location Management

With our platform, managing multiple locations for your business is a breeze. You can centralize the reviews from all your different locations into one unique platform, giving you a complete overview of your entire business reputation.

Why This Matters

If you operate a franchise, have multiple retail stores, run several restaurant locations, or manage any multi-location business, you understand the challenge of monitoring reviews across all locations. This feature solves that problem entirely.

Single Dashboard, Multiple Locations

Instead of logging into separate accounts or checking multiple dashboards, you see everything in one place. This saves time and makes it much easier to identify trends, compare location performance, and manage your overall brand reputation.

 

11.2 Adding New Locations

How to Add a Location

To add a new location, simply navigate to Settings, go to Location, and click on New Location. The process is straightforward and takes just a few moments.

Subscription Limits

If you encounter a warning message indicating that you've reached the maximum number of locations for your current plan, you'll need to adjust your subscription first.

Upgrading Your Plan

To add more locations, you'll need to visit the billing portal. There, you can increase your subscription quantity to allow for additional locations. This flexibility means you can scale your account as your business grows.

Creating the Location

Once you have available location slots, proceed to add your new location. Enter the location name - for example, "Second Location" - and then click on Confirm. The system creates the location profile immediately.

Confirmation

You'll notice that the new location has been successfully added to your account. It now appears in your location list alongside your other locations.

 

11.3 Switching Between Locations

The Location Switcher

You can use the location menu to seamlessly switch between locations. This dropdown or menu appears prominently in your interface, making it easy to navigate between different business locations.

Instant Switching

For instance, let's switch over to the second location we just created. Click on the location switcher and select "Second Location" from the list. The platform instantly updates to show data, settings, and content specific to that location.

Location-Specific View

When you switch locations, everything changes to reflect the selected location. You're now viewing your second location's reviews, analytics, settings, and integrations. Each location operates independently within your master account.

Easy Navigation

If you'd like to switch back to another location, simply click on the location button again and select the location you wish to manage. You can move between locations as often as needed throughout your workday.

 

11.4 Setting Up Each Location

Restart the Integration Process

After adding a new location, it's essential to restart the integration process for that location. Each location needs its own connections to review sites, text channels, and social media pages.

Connecting Review Sites

Head over to Settings, choose Integration, and connect the review sites specific to this location. If it's a different physical location, it will have its own Google Business Profile, its own Yelp page, and potentially its own presence on other review platforms.

Setting Up Communication Channels

Also, connect the text channels (email, SMS, WhatsApp) for this second location. While email typically remains the same across locations, you might have location-specific phone numbers for SMS or different WhatsApp accounts.

Social Media Integration

Connect the social media pages for this second location as well. Many multi-location businesses have separate Facebook and Instagram pages for each location to serve their local communities better.

Full Feature Access

Once done, you can fully utilize the platform's features for this newly added location. Everything works independently - review collection, automated responses, social sharing, analytics - all customized for this specific location.

Ongoing Management

From this point forward, you can manage each location's reputation separately while still having the convenience of accessing everything from one master account. You can compare performance, share best practices between locations, and maintain consistency across your brand.
